In-line holography with hard x-rays at sub-15 nm resolution

چکیده

X-ray in-line holography is well suited for three-dimensional imaging, since it covers a large field of view without the necessity scanning. However, its resolution does not extend to range covered by coherent diffractive imaging or ptychography. In this work, we show full-field holographic x-ray based on cone-beam illumination, beyond limit given numerical aperture. Image information encoded in far-field diffraction and self-interference treated common reconstruction scheme, usual empty beam correction step holography. An illumination profile tailored waveguide optics exactly known prior probe retrieval shown be sufficient solving phase problem. The approach paves way toward high-resolution dose-efficient tomography, current upgrades synchrotron radiation sources diffraction-limited storage rings.
